When your children picture you and your work, what do you think they see? Do they see a frazzled commuter who’s late again for dinner? Do they see a “committed people person” who’s trying to wrap up yet another long phone call (with other one on hold)? Do your children see how you’ve booked yourself four weeks solid, except there’s no mention of the school concert or little league game you promised to attend?
