Do you believe that measuring results matters? I do. My years in business taught me this truth: “What doesn’t get measured doesn’t get done.”
Some people in ministry ask “Shouldn’t a ministry trust the Lord for results?” There is some truth to this. We can make out plans, but the final outcome is in God’s hands. (Prov. 16:1).
But good measurement in the ministry sector is not as easy as when a business simply wants to make a profit and treat its customers well on the way to that goal. In the ministry sector, the goal is changed lives. Read more>>
